What is a Mingle®?
Is a marketing Jingle. The combining of Video/Audio and the Internet (i.e. Flash) to work hand in hand to deliver a message that you create or have our staff of professionals do it for you. The Mingle walks over top of your existing website to deliver the message. -
How exactly does the technology work?
We record video of you, or one of our talent, filmed in front of a green screen. We then remove the green, and we email you a line of code to go on the page you want to walk on. -

How much does a Mingle® cost?
Depending on how many Mingles you need and how long you'd like them to be, we can work with your budget. -
Why aren't more people doing this?
A lot of companies either handle video production or they only specialize in making websites. Individually they might be able to prepare something for you, but the cost would be much higher than doing a Mingle with us as we have worked directly to build the Mingle® to work through proper filming and coding. -

What if I get everything recorded then change my mind, do I still need to pay full price even though I don't have a Mingle® up on my website?
No. We will discount you the cost, based on what has been completed up to the time you decided not to do upload the Mingle®. If you do decide to go ahead with your Mingle®, then we'll invoice the balance owing. -
Once I've decided to go ahead with the Mingle® what do I do next?
One of our professional friendly staff will contact you; setup an overview of what you want done and where on your website you would like the Mingle® to be. Then we will prepare a quote for you to approve. Once you’ve approved the quote, we then prepare the script, or you can provide a script for us to review. We decide if you will be the one “starring” in your Mingle®, or if you want us to provide the talent for you. We then schedule a time for the Mingle® to be recorded whether you come to us or we come to you. We film the Mingle® and in less than 48 hours, it will be live on your website! It’s that simple. -
Will this Mingle® disrupt my website or change it in any way?
No. The Mingle® is layered overtop of your existing web page, therefore it will not interrupt your current website. This is done with 1 line of code on the page you wish to walk on. -
Will my website experience any difficulties because of the Mingle®?
No. It is a completely different code from what your current website is. However, it does use Flash elements, and if a person visits your website but they do not have Flash, then your Mingle® will not be seen. This will not stop your website from working, unless you have other flash elements on your site. Anyone with flash disabled will not be able to see the video. If you can't see Youtube, you probably can't see the Mingle -
I'm testing the Mingle® , but it seems to pause or stop a few times, how come?
Simply put, this is usually based on the speed of your internet, or the further how much you have going on at any time. . -
How long does it take to record a Mingle®?
It takes approximately half a day depending on how many you will be recording and how comfortable you are in front of the camera. We have professional staff that will assist you with training, to present your product or service in the best manner. This might take a little longer. In most cases, one 30-sec Mingle® shouldn't take more than 1 hour -
Where is the Mingle® recorded, do I need to go to a studio?
All we need is a space that's approximately 10'x30' (300-450 sq ft) and depending on how you'd like to walk onto your website, that is all the space we really need to record either your full body or just your upper half. This can be done in your boardroom, lunchroom, or anywhere you'd like as long we have enough space. There are other factors that matter including lighting, acoustics etc. But we can work with most of these small elements or you can come to one of our studio locations. -
Will I be given some sort of direction when I record the Mingle® or will it just be myself, and a camera person?
We offer you experienced and professional TV personnel. Our staff has been in front of the camera performing for TV shows, Commercials and major News programs across North America -
Once I've recorded a Mingle®, how soon can I have it put on my website?
It takes 48 hours or less to have your Mingle® online! -
Do you require full payment upfront?
We do require a 50% deposit upon approval of the quote we provide, and the balance is due upon uploading the Mingle® to your website. -
What if I don't like how the Mingle® looks on my website, can I change it?
Of course, but there will be an additional charge to re-record the Mingle® . We will show you a proof of the recording, for you to approve before we actually upload the Mingle® online. -
How often can I change the Mingle® ?
As many times as you wish. There is an additional charge however to change the Mingle® . We suggest, we record all your needed Mingles during one session so they can be stored for future use and it ill save you the setup costs. -
How many Mingles can I record in one session?
Depending on your comfort level, we can normally record 4 to 6 Mingles in one session. -
What will I need to wear to record the Mingle® ?
Nothing Green! Also nothing bright white on it’s own. Ie. You can wear a sports jacket over a white collared shirt, but the white shirt alone isn’t a good idea. Other than that, you are welcome to wear all sorts of colours.

Do I need to write my own script, how will I know what to say?
You can provide the Mingle® crew an outline of what you would like to say, and we will prepare a script for you to approve. You can also write a script for us to work with you on. We charge a small fee for preparing your scripts if needed. -
The footage of what's been recorded, do I own that or do you?
It's yours to have, but it does need to be aired on our server. -
Depending on how many are recorded, do I get to choose which Mingle® I like, to use for my website or do you?
You choose! We shoot several different Mingles for you to choose from. You have the final say on what Mingle® you want to keep and upload to your website. -
What if I'm camera shy, do you provide someone else like an actor, to record the Mingle® on my company's behalf?
Yes. We can offer you talent that will work best to represent your product or service. You can choose any one of our people, or someone else you feel comfortable with. NOTE: Additional costs might apply. -
Is the Mingle® just for the home page of my website or can I choose where it should go?
Any webpage, and any size can be created. This includes full body, ½ body or partial body. If your website page has a Login feature, it will ONLY work for those who have this access. -
How will I know if people are actually going on to my website to look at the Mingle® do you have some kind of tracking system?
Yes. We track how many streams are taking place and working. -
Can you record the Mingle® and I use my own server to play it on my website?
Unfortunately no. The coding in our player needs to run from our custom made program. -
I've seen this before, what makes the Mingle® different from everyone else or is the Mingle® the same?
It is very similar. I’m not sure how the other companies make their player or setup their system. We are a full service advertising agency that developed this for the purpose of tracking and communicating sales messages to clients. We have integrated the social media into our player as well as we are the only ones that have the “MingleMail” where you can send the Mingle by email.

How does the streaming work?
Should you choose the Streaming option then you will be given 500,000 streams per month based on a 6 month agreement of $59.99. If you exceed these streams then the price will be quoted accordingly, for most small to medium size businesses 500,000 unique streams is more than enough. -
I've noticed that the Mingle logo comes up at the end on Mingles , and the Mingle website is in the player, does it always have to be that way?
Not at all, we can change the player to show your website, or a website of your choice along with it linking to that specific page. We can also change the Mingle® Logo at the end to be your logo or another message, image or to just go away completely. To change the Mingle® logo and to change the website in the player there is a small fee. To remove it completely there is no charge at all. -
What if I have a promotion in a specific location and I don't want my Mingle seen?
We are able isolate cities, regions of IP addresses so that your Mingle can be specific to that region. Meaning that you can have a Mingle talking about New York for New Yorkers on your page, and another Mingle that would speak directly to people of Las Vegas on the same website. This is extremely handy for specific promotions that are time sensitive. -
